Recently, Cancer Treatment Centers of America (CTCA) has announced a new integration of services with NantHealth and Allscripts that allows “eviti” to access the patients medical platform.
Eviti is a program that is part of the NantHealth system which integrates a custom, decision based program to help the doctor and the cancer patient make a joint, informed decision about which clinical pathway to take for treatment. The program will not interrupt the doctors workflow and does take into account a patient’s previous medical history, current health condition, and type and stage of cancer the patient currently has.
As stated in this article, Eviti was designed with the input of hundreds of Oncologists, taking into account every stage and type of cancer with an ever evolving, current database. CTCA doctors are able to stay informed on all the latest treatments and breakthroughs in cancer research and care.
